We design blueprints for new home builds or existing home renovation projects, room additions, finishing basements and more. We can design blueprints for residential or commercial projects such as new home builds, apartment complex, office buildings and existing home projects and more.

"Dan appeared to be easy to work with when I hired him to create a home blueprint for my retirement home. I can't read blueprints but the floor plan looked like what I wanted. I accepted the blueprints thinking it was exactly what I wanted. The builder estimate was about $70,000 higher than what I expected. After discussing it with the builder, I realized the draftsman had inserted his own personal ideas into the blueprint. I had stressed the need to build a very simple, modest home. I contacted Dan and he stated he added his choices if he had no choice from me. He said he would make changes but would charge me $240. After disagreeing with the charge, he replied saying he dropped me as a client and would not be finishing the blueprint so I am stuck with an $1800 set of useless blueprints."
