Your meal will consist of an appetizer, entree, and dessert. I try to make each meal tailored to you as much as possible. So, I will ask you what are some of your likes and dislikes when it comes to meat, seafood, and dessert. I will use this information to create your menu. I will go ahead and purchase the ingredients a couple of days before your dinner. That way, I am able to prep some of the things that will take longer. You can just reimburse me the food cost the night of your dinner. Cash is best! But I also accept Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. I will use all of my own pots, pans, plates, and silverware so you will not have to worry about a thing. I will just need your kitchen and your appetite! Generally, it takes about three and a half hours from the time that I arrive, until the time that I am done cleaning up and out the door.
