Savor This

At our senior living community, the Christmas Open House is the social event of the year. I was just hired as Property Manager last year, so when it came time to get a caterer for 2012, I heard plenty of stories from residents about prior disappointments. I knew I had to choose wisely! I decided to rely on Angie's List. Peg Wolfe put me at ease from the beginning, guiding me and making suggestions. She was understanding of the limited palates seniors have, but gave us creative selections that made the most of familiar foods. The results were excellent! the food was beautiful, abundant and, most of all, delicious. I heard nothing but rave reviews, and have chosen them again for our 2013 Open House.

They were very good. The food was excellent, the hors d'oeuvres were excellent and the cake was excellent. They were very easy to work with. For the hors d'oeuvres we had a variety of fresh fruit, cheeses, crackers and bagel chips, and artichoke dip. For the meal we had bow tie pasta salad, apple-dijon salad, prime rib, twice baked potato casserole, green beans, and a variety of breads and rolls with butter. We also had the wedding cake done and my daughter wanted it with different flavors in the different layers. They did a really good job with the wedding cake and the food was excellent. Everything was really good and tasty. I thought the price was very reasonable and she was easy to work with. I would give them an A+.
