I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"He is a very knowledgeable young man that is self driven to give you the best work he can possibly do for you. He helped me do a bunch of work over the years from sheetrock hanging and finishing, texture ceilings, painting, building porches and new additions to houses, vinyl siding installation, tin roof install, new tile showers he has built and finished for a lot of rich clients of mine, when it comes to carpentry of any kind this man can do it and is not out to break the bank on people like most try to do. He help me redo the whole food stamp office in Paintsville, KY from tearing up old floors to install all new baccara board then porcelain tile, then grouted it all. Painted a lot of the first floor and fixed holes in drywall, installed new toilets and plumbing pipes. He also help to citizens bank of KY in Paintsville doing the bathrooms on the 3 floor in all new tile and painting then helped me do Pikeville KY hospital bathrooms in all new tile and paint and a couple of offices. He has also did the bathrooms at the new school in Martin County KY in top to bottom in tile and even did the new college add on to high school bathrooms in tile. You never have to stand over him and watch to make sure he doing it right. After I hired him a couple times and seen his work id send him to do jobs for me and never once had to double check his work and always had great feedback from my clients I sent him to that he did jobs at. So if you want A+ work at affordable prices id definitely call this man cause I no ill sure be calling him to do things for me still."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Because KY has a short swimming season, timing dictates your schedule. To enjoy the water this summer, start pool construction and installation by February or March. If that window passes, wait until next year. Use the extra months to secure municipal permits, conduct mandatory geological assessments for mine subsidence, and book a qualified local contractor well ahead of the busy spring rush.

Helpful?

Unplanned rock excavation and blasting create the biggest financial surprises during pool construction and installation in Pikeville. You face additional expenses if digging uncovers underground mine voids requiring structural fill. Upgrading drainage systems on steep hillside lots also increases the final bill. Factor in mandatory state safety fencing, utility trenching, and special flood zone compliance requirements to ensure a fully accurate project budget.

Helpful?

Avoid contractors who lack experience with Pikeville terrain when quoting pool construction and installation. Watch out for estimates missing a rock excavation or blasting contingency clause. A legitimate professional will always pull their own permits and provide proof of a valid state license. Reject offers with extremely short timelines that ignore the unique drainage and flood zone challenges of the region.

Helpful?

Completing pool construction and installation in Pikeville rarely increases resale appeal. The local real estate market moves slowly, and flat yard space is highly valued. Because the mountain climate creates a shorter swimming season, many buyers view pools as a maintenance burden rather than an asset. Treat this project as a personal lifestyle upgrade for your home rather than a financial investment.

Helpful?

When planning pool construction and installation, account for the steep topography and rocky soil found throughout KY. You must investigate the property for abandoned underground mine voids before digging. Address drainage carefully, especially if your lot sits near the Levisa Fork flood zones. Plan your timeline around the short April through October construction window, and secure all required municipal permits before breaking ground.
