Carter's Cleaning of WKYFor Christmas, I purchased house cleaning services for my parents. We had the best experience ever with Carter’s Cleaning of WKY. They are a family-owned business taking great pride in the customer service and their work and it shows. The house was immaculate when they were finished. My mom was SOOOO pleased with the job they did - she said her house looks like a showroom after Carter’s was finished with the deep clean they did. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough. They showed up on time and finished within the 4 hour time frame to which we agreed. Their attention to detail was spot on and their prices are very reasonable. I priced out 4 different companies before I went with Carters. Not only was the price reasonable, Shane (one of the owners) was great to deal with during the whole process. I knew when I interviewed him on the phone that he was going to be good enough to please my mom. He allowed me to pay by credit card once the job was completed and he made the entire process easy and stress free for me and my parents. I highly recommend Carter’s Cleaning of WKY. Debbie and her team frequently go above and beyond the ordinary cleaning service doing minor repairs and stocking supplies for the guest. Handy House CleaningIT DIDN'T GO!!! After 2 different dates, several unintelligible text messages, a voice mail from someone who could not speak CLEARLY no one has as of this writing responded. You CAN NOT reach them by phone, your e-mail attempt will not go through, so I guess I am out $104 FOR NOTHING!! Handy is a very sorry company and in my book, so is ANGIE'S LIST!! No luck getting any response or recourse from Angie's List either. BUYER BEWARE - They are a scam.- Betty S.

The Cleaning AuthorityThe owners are polite and responsive. However, they have continual employee turnover and you never know who will be in your home. They reimbursed me for the theft of $900 from my home. Later we found that our children's piggy banks had also been emptied of more than $300. No response to the text message I sent. Though the owners are nice people I feel that they aren't watching their employees close enough and could use more stringent hiring practices. From now on we will use individuals with recommendations. Theft isn't a problem for just this company, be cautious of who you allow into your home. Don't put it past people to steal from your children.- Cory E.

I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support.
