I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees.
