He listened to everything I had to say and everything the other technician had to say, and then he moved forward from his experience to do the exact things needed to fix the problem and fix it quickly He explained to me that he needed to use a snake that was a larger gauge which he had in his truck and he told me that the right thing to do was to create a clean out. My house was constructed a long time before and it didn’t have a clean out in the yard and it didn’t have any kind of clean out in the house. He quickly constructed a clean out at very minimal cost that accommodated the larger higher powered snake, which in short order resulted in one of the most wonderful sights a person could have when their house is flooding with sewage -suddenly the basement drain happily started to swallow up, sewage draining very very quickly. Now not only do I have the mainline drain clear and functional, I finally have an easy access clean out. Yay!! The company is very lucky to have Daniel working for them.
