We love them. They are timely, so they arrive when they say they will arrive. Their prices are very reasonable. They get the work done, so the experience is good all around.

It is seldom that I get three companies that are all excellent and I got all three from Angie's List. It was hard to make my decision because I felt that all three would do an excellent job. Corrigan was right on time, surveyed what had to be done and got an estimate to me within a day or two. Their price was very good and was the same as the company that I decided to go with. It was a really tough call - if I had had a really big job I would have considered hiring all three!!!!!! I definitely would use Corrigan in the future.

Overall, I had a good experience with this company. First impression was bad, though, as they had me scheduled for 8/27/2010, and then called very late in the afternoon, saying the technician was held up and could not make it. This was most disappointing, as I had a big party coming up soon and I wanted my issues resolved. They rescheduled me for Monday, 8/30/2010, first call. The technician was very nice and professional. He advised me on the problem with the fluorescent lights, changed out the GFCI in the bathroom, checked the doorbell, and kitchen lights. he also secured the outside receptacle. We determined that it would be best if I changed out my fluorescent lights for regular lights, and that they would come out again to change them for me once I purchased them. I bought the new fixtures over the weekend, and Corrigan returned on 9/1/2010 to replace the lights. I did remind the tech that the owner told me he would compensate me for the missed appointment. The tech was not aware, but noted it on their forms and told me to call the owner. We agreed to the discount being applied to the next visit. They did not charge me their usual fee for coming out during the second trip for my inconvenience, only for the electrician's labor. This was acceptable for me. They were professional, and since they made it right even though they missed our initial appointment, I would use them again.

John, the electrician, arrived on time and within a few minutes figured out what was wrong and proceeded to fix the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the company, including the lady receptionist and Shawn.

Our refrigerator was flipping our GFI. I called Corrigan and they had someone at my door in 30 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed in minutes, fixed and was gone in no time. Polite, timely and knowledgable. Am planning to use them again on some rental property.

Very smooth considering the house is old and nothing in old houses are easy.

They were good. I think they are efficient and they knew what they were doing.

It turned out really well except for one thing. The doorbell at the back door one was to the side of the door. The broken one is more visible and easy to see, so I need to get that changed. I have been meaning to call them back. The workman was kind and efficinent.

They have put some outlets in and they fixed an outlet problem in the garage which was causing the circuit breaker to kick off.

With the first home, I never had any issues. However, after using them the second time I would not hire them again. The owner was nice, but we had problems all of the way through. We had issues with the quality of their work. I really drilled them for information before hiring them, yet they did not do what we had discussed. I was not at all happy with the work in the second home. We ended up having billing issues with them as well.

I talked with Shawn at Corrigan about 9 am about the few issues we were having with our lighting/outlets. They were able to have a service tech come out the same day. He arrived at noon. Talk about fast same day service! The service tech checked things over and told us exactly what he was doing. He explained the "do's and don'ts". He was very informative about other concerns we had. He made sure that we were satisfied before leaving.

I won't waste my time with them again.

Corrigan was prompt and arrived on the same day. The technician was professional and courteous. The work was professional quality. My only dispute is confusion over the quote. I thought I had been quoted $74 for the first half hour and then $21 for every additional half hour. However, the actual cost of labor for this job was $21 for every quarter hour bringing the total to the high-end of the quote.

He arrived on time, was polite, and thorough. He took the time to explain the what and why of my houses electrical system. He not only explained what needed to be changed, but what was good and why. He was never rushed. He sent me the estimates on time and they were reasonable. Great job. Couldn't ask for better.

He was okay. Perhaps, I did not communicate to him what exactly was required. He had to leave for another job and did not quite finish everything that I wanted him to. He was really nice. Maybe he could have cleaned up a little better. He left little wires on the floor next to the electrical place that he repaired. My husband says that there were 2 hard jobs and he did not do either of them. We lost the labeling on the electrical box. We asked him to make a new label. We asked him to fix a fan and he thought it was too hard.

By prior arrangement, the two electricians, Brad Stansbury and Danny Nichols, arrived precisely on time, with a large van and all needed supplies and equipment. 2..Their punctuality was especially gratifying because they came at the precise time to coordinate with roofers working above, who needed their mounting and wiring of the new roof ventilation fan. 3. These excellent electricians were so polite and professional that they asked my wife and me for our wishes about details of placement and color coordination. They likewise efficiently briefed us before major steps, brought me to the attic to demonstrate fan settings for temp/humidity and to brief the new circuit breaker switches.

Professional and on time. I also used Corrigan to install some lighting in my garage a couple of weeks ago. Both jobs came in UNDER estimate, which is a rare thing. I plan on hiring them again to re-wire my garage.

The guys were pleasant and worked well. They were there one day all day and had to return the next day to finish.

i have utilized corrigan elect service in the past, cost is not cheep , but you get what you pay for. they follow all elect codes , obtain permits and after work is done city inspector checks the job , all work is always excellent ,very knowledgeable and professional staff, due to the constant power outages in my city , i had the need for the purchase of a portable generator , the transfer switch allowed me to hook up most all the circuits in my home safely for me and for the city elect co when my generator is in use , i recommed any one needing to use a portable generator , to have a transfer switch installed by a reputable elect co as i did its the only way to safely utilize the generator for a short or extended period of time, it allows for a fast easy one cable hook up, to outside box no extention cords running thru the windows and house its the only way to do it in my opinion,many people have been hurt or lost their livesthis winter trying to do the hook up themselves or not using one at all so please be safe , if you use a generator follow all instructions and get help hooking it up..........

Picked Corrigan due to Angie's list rating. Called monday morning and they were scheduled for tuesday at 10am. Quoted hourly rate/service charge over the phone. Arrived 20 minutes late. Very polite, professional electrician. Multiple minor projects. Did a great job - took several hours but there was a lot to do. Reasonable rates.

They came and sat around waiting for LGE for several hours the first day when LGE didn't show. Then they showed up an hour and a half early the next time LGE was scheduled. They did the work for less than they quoted even though they knew my insurance would be paying. They were pleasant, conscientious and I would definitely use them again.

We called and, after helping us troubleshoot over the phone, they sent someone out within a couple of hours. He had the problem fixed, and two more outlets installed, in an hour and 15 min. I can't comment on the price because it's the first electrical work we've had done, but I think it's relatively reasonable because all electricians are expensive. It was worth it though, to have heat and to be treated well on the phone and by the technician. Overall a really good experience. One caveat: I just had the work done today, so even though it looks great and seems great and was pretty straightforward I can't be SURE that it was done just right until a little time has passed with no issues.

It went just fine. He got everything done that we asked him to. He was very pleasant and did a good job. I was very happy with him. I would consider using them again.

Electrician was on time, prompt, installed both fans. Used special brackets to hold them between the studs.

Outstanding. They had a better solution than I had in mind.
