We supplied paint and primer. Joshua recommended a high-quality primer since we were painting an interior vinyl surface. He also supplied some extra primer. Joshua took extra care with caulking brad holes, taping baseboard and metal hardware, and any other imperfections.

Repaired a 90-year old "Russwin" door latch. Removed a bathroom door to completely rehab, which included removing and polishing all metal hardware.

"Marcus finished 1440 sq ft of basement area and added more lighting / electrical outlets to the remaining unfinished basement storage area. I received 5 bids and the estimate provided by Marcus was very competitive. In my initial wish list, Marcus clearly explained which ideas were easy to implement and which ones were expensive to implement. This helped me bring down the final contract cost by more than 10% of the original estimate. When framing started, it was immediately obvious how good Marcus is at his trade. The framing job he did was meticulously perfect. The electrical work he did was high quality and building code compliant. The finished bathroom tile in the shower and the flooring was beautiful. Marcus also did some work for me that was an add-on to the contract. The greatest thing he did was to repair damage to our brand new bathroom vanity that went undetected because the vanity was boxed for 3 months. Communication was excellent and Marcus was always there when he said he would be there."
