We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. Emergency claims will be addressed within 24 hours from time claim is submitted and non-emergency claims will be addressed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. During nights and weekends non-emergency claims will not receive a call back until the next business day. Our service call deductibles range from $65 - $75.

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."
