"Joe came out in the middle of a rain storm. All I knew was I had rain dripping on top of my furnace. Joe didn't hesitate to go up and do a temporary fix. He came out a few days later and fixed it. It was the fresh air return for the HVAC system, that penetrates through the roof, and the flashing for it had failed. Joe was a super nice guy and understood that I lived on a fix income.
