"I used them three times. The business end of it is very good, but the plumber they sent out does things such as reversing the hot and cold water handles on my sink. The owner has been responsive to all of my questions, but I did not hear back from them about that. I would not use them again because they might send Robert out again.  The owner's name is Dan Bower and we email back and forth. His plumber took three of my chocolate brown wash clothes to clean up a mess. I had problems with stopped up drains in both bathrooms after this experience. The plumber said some of the work he was supposed to do was not covered in the deal I had purchased. I was kind of surprised at the price. They make my appointment times quickly and follow up quickly. It would have been great if Robert had not used my washcloths to clean up."
