"We had all our windows replaced. Out of 14 windows the had to come back and replace one screen. They were great and when I called about the screen they had a great tech out here to replace it as soon as it was remade. Everyone we felt with in the company has been great and with Covid they did it as quickly as they could."

"Originally hired J Co just for replacing the vinyl in my main bath. In the end hired them to also replace my living room carpet as well. Fast, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. "Potter House Group managed all aspects of the restoration and dealt with the insurance adjuster and ourselves as needed.  They arrived on time each morning and completed the job far ahead of schedule.

As I write this, six months later, I really can't think of a single issue that wasn't resolved to our complete satisfaction. The areas in the cottage that had been damaged are now in much better condition than they had been, even before the incident."
