"They were very professional and fast. They moved any furniture in their way without a problem and took care of all the clean up. He even went as far as to tell me what the problem was with my dryer vent I saw mold in my HVAC ducts which is why I called to begin with. He went above and beyond to look in the crawl space to see if he could see the cause of the mold since the house is only 5 years old. He did find the source. Very nice and professional and really great customer service. They work as a great team. Would definitely hire again!!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He called to confirm appointment, told him our need and he arrived ahead of the time verbally scheduled ... and days before the on-line scheduled time. He immediately diagnosed problem(s), corrected a potential major fire hazard (electrical short with burnt wiring), corrected a leak in refrigerant and recharged the unit. He did a cleaning and other routine maintenance checks and services. His pricing was very reasonable and below what I had anticipated.
