Good.

Overall it went very well. We were selling our home and it required some updates. Bill was very knowlegable about the electrical codes that pertained to our Historic Home (@130 years old). He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was able to squeeze into some tight spaces and get the job done.His rates were very reasonable.

The work itself went fairly well. He arrived on time and working with the local electric company removed and repaired the conduit and meter. The power had to be off during the time of the repair so the local utility had to be there. The local utility company representative had to make sure that the feed wires from the transformer were long enough after the meter box had properly positioned (our box had to placed back in original location because no actually brick existed behind the box). Note: Reaching the point of the repair took way to long. The local utility company caused both the electrician and myself nothing but grief. They really were trying to be helpful but.... Anyway, the repair was complete in the end and no damage to the house was found. The overall process required almost 6-weeks. :(

He was very helpful and courteous and did a good job.

We had a problem with one of our power sockets, and they came right away and fixed the problem. The wire had come loose from the outlet and it had started a small fire. We found about what had caused the problem after they came. They were very good in their work, and we really appreciate their response time. We had called them in the morning, and they came in a couple of hours. The quality of work was very good and their prices were very competitive. My overall experience has been excellent and I will definitely use their services in the future.

After getting into the wall, Bill realized he would have to put in a new wire from the receptor box to the the electrical box, which he did with no further cost. He also found some loose exposed live wires which he capped at no cost.

The workman performed the work when it was scheduled. They were polite and willing to explain what they were doing. They did the work promptly and completely. They cleaned up after themselves and tested their work fully.

Bill, the owner, came out the same day we called him and temporarily fixed the problem and said he'd return when he found the right parts to fix the problem permanently. He arrived when he said he would, spent several hours, was kind and competent. He fixed all of the problems and went an "extra mile" to clean up another messy electrical issue.

It didn't go.

The owner, Bill Clark, came the next day. He tested the circuit at the box and found no problem with it. A surge protector on that line didn t seem to be powering up properly; he suggested getting rid of it since it may have been shorting and causing the problem. We ve just done that and are waiting to see if this is the fix, hopefully so. Bill didn t charge anything for the visit because he said that he didn t do anything, which isn t true. We certainly appreciate the courtesy.

It took a few days for him to answer my initial call but once he did he scheduled the work promptly (the message had given another number to call but I chose to leave a message instead). He had the needed part in the truck and was able to fix the light in no time. I had forgotten to mention the Angie's List discount, but he reminded me of it.

Owner Bill Clark returned my call on a Saturday and came over that day to look at the problematic outlet. He did half the work on the spot and then returned early the following Monday to complete the job. While he was there he replaced a Hallogen lamp on our deck that was too high up for our ladder. He also carried a new AC window unit up the stairs for me. He was great about doing the work quickly, and the price was so reasonable. (although we didn't get estimates.)

Was done fast and looked great.
