Sue B's CleaningThey are the best in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. They are reasonable, they do a very good job. I have never had to call them back to redo anything. They are great. They are honest and they do a great job. They are absolutely fantastic! Because of them, I have a 5-star cabin. The first thing every customer that goes into my cabin says is the cabin is beautiful, it's the cleanest cabin they have ever seen. The price depends on the bedroom and the size of the cabin. I did have that job bid out before I chose someone. I made calls and checked their references, and they were in the medium price. There were people cheaper but the references didn't check out. Shirley Wilsons CleaningShirley does a really good job every time she cleans. She does some many other things than my previous cleaning company did. She is very friendly, and is easy to talk to. I have quadruplet grandchildren that live with me, and I always have lots of toys that I pre pick up for her to come. Shirley then puts them back into place once she is done cleaning. I would highly recommend Shirley to anyone else looking for a house cleaner.- Carol K.

Taylor Pro CleaningTiffany works quickly, and does a great job. She looks for things that need to be cleaned beyond just the basic cleaning. She also has a very pleasant personality. Her fees are on the high end of the cleaning services that I have hired, but she is exceptional in every way, so she is worth what she charges. I only hesitate to recommend her for selfish reasons. I don't want her to get so busy that she doesn't have time to clean for me. :)- Laura J.

Merry Maids of Bowling Green/Service MasterI have been using Merry Maids for almost two years now and would not think of going anywhere else. For the most part they do a great job. On a couple of occasions, the quality of the work has not been what I normally expect. (We all have bad days. It happens.) Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
