"Initially, I was excited by the referral from my construction contractor (Samuel Graham). Finding a quality painter/painting co. can be tricky and difficult to assess. I contacted Lance and he promptly came over to provide the estimate for this work and more in the future. We set up a date for service (exterior) and it came and went. I initially had trouble resetting the date because he was preoccupied w/reorganizing his business at the time he was supposed to begin. He hired (subbed out) some other painters for the exterior - and I was content to see that he had a plan to finish this job. He picked the right guys to assist and it all worked out well.
