"The predicted installation time was 3 days and was accomplished on schedule! The installation team- Tim, Lee and Nick, were very competent, professional and friendly. They worked extra hard because it was necessary to stage their truck and trailer over 100 feet from the job site. When an unexpected problem arose where one of the engineered drain channels could not work in this application, installation team lead Tim had other solutions in mind and the company was able to deliver suitable alternate material without delaying the project.
