"My brother and, my father before him, have relied on the excellent work and competitive bids for the wrapping of soffit and eaves, basement window replacements and, most recently, the two bathrooms remodeled which my brother and his wife absolutely love. Because of that high recommendation, I always give Mid America Exteriors, and their great salesman and project coordinator, Seth, a chance at bids. The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. In the excitement of the great deal Seth made, I signed but had to back out days later because of the other things I needed to get done first. I would like to thank the owner, Dave Becker, for allowing me to back out of the deal. Dave is a excellent person and a perfect gentlemen and I can see why both my brother, and my father (God rest his soul) have relied on Mid America Exteriors for their needed home improvements over the past 20 years. They always put in very quality products and at very competitive price. I would recommend Mid America for whatever work you need to have done on your home. They should always be a go to for a bid. Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.

"I had my old gutters removed and all new ones replaced. I got multiple bids and theirs was detailed and offered me options. They were were able to match my house paint color to make my HOA happy. They gave nice suggestions to improve the drainage away from our home. They provided frequent updates as they were waiting on some of the supplies to arrive. I have been very satisfied with their service."
