"My brother and, my father before him, have relied on the excellent work and competitive bids for the wrapping of soffit and eaves, basement window replacements and, most recently, the two bathrooms remodeled which my brother and his wife absolutely love. Because of that high recommendation, I always give Mid America Exteriors, and their great salesman and project coordinator, Seth, a chance at bids. The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. In the excitement of the great deal Seth made, I signed but had to back out days later because of the other things I needed to get done first. Dave is a excellent person and a perfect gentlemen and I can see why both my brother, and my father (God rest his soul) have relied on Mid America Exteriors for their needed home improvements over the past 20 years. "Handyman was there at time requested (10 minutes earlier). Had plenty of hardware and accessories in his van in order to minimize travel to Home Depot and such. Tools and wireless internet information were used for proper installation of equipage. He checked all installations for proper functioning/operation and provided overview of completed work to my wife. He estimated 8 hours of work and was finished under 7. Extremely professional and transparent with his approach to serve and work with the customer. Cost included all required hardware and labor."

Good installers, but concrete dust everywhere and crew's ladders tore up my yard.
Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.
