They worked extra hard because it was necessary to stage their truck and trailer over 100 feet from the job site. When an unexpected problem arose where one of the engineered drain channels could not work in this application, installation team lead Tim had other solutions in mind and the company was able to deliver suitable alternate material without delaying the project. I am very pleased with the end result, and also want to recognize excellent efforts of the system designer/project estimator- Tim Miller, for his professional approach to evaluating the problem and working collaboratively with me to develop a sound solution.
