We have all the materials, all you would have to supply is paint and a 200 dollar deposit. Will do free estimates or an hourly charge of 15. We are very proud of what we do and our painting reflects that, we are honest and offer a 1 year warranty.

You can paint over existing wallpaper if you select wallpaper that is designed to be paintable. This type of paper is meant to add texture to walls.
