We have experience in other home remodeling aspects, as well from butcherblock countertop installations to bathroom vanity installations. No project won't be considered. "Alex did an awful job putting it nicely. He was hired to complete an interior painting job of 4 rooms of my new house (which is vacant) and told me that he would have the job completed by Saturday evening. Alex asked if he would be able to start on Thursday evening ahead of schedule. I told him that would be fine. Thursday evening I stopped by my house and he wasn't started. I was fine with that as he wasn't technically scheduled to start until Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. He started late at 7:00 PM on Friday evening. He worked on the project till around midnight on Friday and then started again on Saturday morning around 9:00 AM. I returned home around 9:00 PM to multiple areas of unfinished work and walls that needed second coats of paint. I asked Alex if he needed more time and that it was fine to come back on Sunday if needed. He said "Okay" and nothing else was discussed. He left that evening at 11:00 PM. Sunday he arrived around 10:45 AM and worked till around 2:30 PM. I arrived at my house that evening to inspect the work to find multiple unfinished areas still and walls needing another coat. Due to it being Sunday I waited till around 7:30 PM to text Alex and asked about the progress on finishing the painting. Alex replied that he had finished painting the living room and one bedroom and that he was heading back to finish the kitchen and second bedroom. He said that the closets still need to be done and some areas around the stairs, but that he was currently clocked for 24 hours of work and that he was double the estimate of time needed to complete the project. He asked for more money to finish or I would have to finish the painting myself. After telling him that he agreed to a project that he said he could complete in the time frame given (for which I paid $550 extra for possible multiple days of work) and that I wasn't paying him more. He left my property with the painting unfinished. After filing a complaint with Angi. Angi sent another painter who is a true professional to finish the work. The new pro looked over Alex's work and said that I was ripped off and the work he did was very subpar below a professional standard. The new pro walked me through the house and showed me all the imperfections some I had seen myself. After the lack of work/unfinished work and subpar workmanship, Alex performed on my house for the $1200 he was paid. I would never recommend him to another person to do any work for them. I was robbed and I'm left trying to get the painting finished so that I can move into my new house."

If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.

The septic tank needs to be pumped at least every three to five years. If the septic tank is too small for the property, you might find it needs to be pumped more frequently, and during an inspection, a septic company may recommend updating your system to a larger septic tank. While 750-gallon tanks used to be standard, septic tanks with a 1,250-gallon capacity are now more common.

There are three layers of wastewater in a septic tank: scum (solid waste that floats to the top of the wastewater), liquid (the relatively clean liquid wastewater in between the two other layers), and sludge (solid waste that falls to the bottom of the wastewater). The buildup of sludge is one of the main reasons septic tanks need to be pumped. If the tank is more than 1/3 of the way full with a combination of sludge and scum, it’s time to call a pro for pumping.
