The two men who did the cleaning were excellent. They explained the process, were professional in their approach and cleaned the carpet in the time they said it would take . The carpets look great.

Brian had given us an estimate last fall (2019). Some things came up and we were not able to get our carpets cleaned until this summer (2020). I didn't expect Bock's to honor the estimate since it had been several months from the estimate. When I called to schedule the appointment, they said the price would be what was on the estimate. That was very good of them. Drew and Aiden came out to clean our carpets. They were very prompt, efficient, professional and did a very good job. I would certainly use Bock's Steam Star to clean our carpets again.

The Bock Steam Star guys were very courteous on the phone and at my house. I am getting ready to sell my house and needed this service badly. I was amazed - that carpets and tile looked almost brand new when they were finished. Even a few stains that I thought would never come out, they were able to remove completely. I would definitely make them my #1 choice in the future. Very straight forward and easy to work with - I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience! My rugs were picked up within two days of my calling Bock's. The customer service by both Amy (answered phone) and Phil (picked up & returned rugs) was impeccable. It was actively snowing the day they came to return them to me. Phil shoveled the walk up to my door and a portion of the driveway because he didn't want to track it into my house. Very well. Great communication. The guys that came out seemed like they really enjoyed what they did & were friendly. Also they were able to explain when I had questions.

They staff was friendly, the onsite workers were efficient and did a great job. They explained what they were doing and moved furniture on main floor to get all areas.

Techs are polite and professional. They are good at diagnosing what your carpet needs and the carpet cleaning doesnt leave suds in the carpeting like some of the cheaper cleaning services does. We’ve used Bocks Steam Star for several years.
