4Ever Roofing specializes in Metal Roofing, with options for shingles and shingle repairs as a cheaper alternative to a full replacement. With our new Roof Rescue system, we can add over 5 years of life to a dying shingle roof by replacing the oils that have long since cooked off in the sun for about 15% of the cost of a replacement.

"The job was done in good time and looks good. They beat so ho*** ** the roof it cracked the drywall on the ceiling upstairs. Moisture collects in a corner now when it never did before. I contacted them about this several times but no one did anything. Then 3 years later they asked me to give a review. I did. It wasn’t great. They called and asked me why. I said I had a problem and 4 ever metal roofing said they would be over to look at it soon. 6 months later all they have done was asked me if I know of anyone that would like there roof replaced. I will never use 4 ever metal roofing again."

Roof Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.

Clean the outside of your home at least once a year. If you live in an area with salty sea air, high levels of pollen, or an abundance of leaves in the fall, it's helpful to wash it at least two times a year. Frequent cleanings will allow you to remove debris and pests before they flourish into infestations, or cause mold and mildew.

Decks, driveways, siding, and patios are common areas that see improved appearance.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.

Maintenance involves regular inspection of connections and cables, ensuring they are free from obstructions and functioning correctly to avoid ice buildup.
