They evaluated the structure for stability for its ability to carry a 2nd story, removed & replaced some walls and the roof, created a new 2nd floor, relocated some interior walls and built a large deck using Trex.
Stan & his sons are very pleasant to work with, start work promptly, do good work and continually keep the site cleaned up. They are willing to take time to discuss our concerns and resolve any problems immediately. They explain what is going on, what still needs to be done and what modifications would be best to make to the plans. And they show tolerance for ideas & questions that may seem stupid to some.
