"Two no-shows by someone named “Elian”. Did not show up on time the first time, when contacted, said would be 1hr30 min late. When contacted again 1hr30 min later, texted back that he was on his way, and would be in 15 min. 15 min later, texted back to inform that that morning his boss had decided to cancel all appointments, except for Pleasantville (our appointment was at 6 pm, and he had texted us 15 min. earlier that he was on his way). The second time, around the story repeated itself: “Elian” did not show up on time, we texted him, he said he would be 1hr 45 min late, after which did not show up at all, having us wait until dark. That was after he got our address complete with detailed directions, a google map, and pictures of the property. Strange name, strange accent. Makes me wonder if this is a legit business. I do not recommend getting involved with these people. Too sketchy."

"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."
