I have been cleaning houses since I was 6 years old it was my first job and my grandmother made sure I know to clean everything . When I say everything I mean inside of tub outside of tub toilet inside and out and make sure to get bottom of toilet where boys get urine and hair, clean walls sweep and mop and also vacuuming. I hem cleaning strip bed and wash all covers, sheets , and pillow cases . Spray bed down . Cleaning kitchen consists of washing dishes, cleaning counters, putting dishes away, sweeping , and mopping . I always get a call back because cleaning is what I love to do and if any of my clients have special request then I make sure I meet there needs and also they usually never happens I usually do more then expected and usually get satisfied customers.

Gas Fireplace Service FAQs, answered by experts

Yes, many services include the removal and disposal of old appliances. Confirm with your contractor.

When replacing an old unit, you might want to switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater or vice versa. To do this, you will likely need to add infrastructure to the area. For example, you likely don’t have a gas line that served your old electric water heater. You’d have to call a plumber to put in a new gas line. If you’re replacing a gas unit with an electric one, the plumber will need to safely cap the old gas line. You will then need an electrician to add wiring for the new electric unit.

In most cases, a gas stove should be installed by a licensed plumber. Connecting gas appliances carries many risks, chief among them a fatal gas leak. If your home is already set up with the proper gas hookups, you may be able to DIY the installation (or save money by hiring a local handyperson or basic appliance installer near you rather than a plumber). If you’re ever in doubt, however, we recommend going with a professional master plumber.

  • Installing a new electrical meter box

  • Replacing your meter base

  • Replacing your service entrance cable

The cost to install or upgrade an electrical meter box ranges from $100 to $650, including $50 to $250 for the unit. The meter base passes the power from your electric company to your panel. The cost to replace a meter base is roughly $50 to $250.

Service entrance cables are electrical cables with multiple wires, bringing power from electrical companies to residential buildings. The cost to replace a service entrance cable ranges roughly from $1,000 to $1,500.

In most cases, it’s better to repair a gas fireplace than replace it. You’ll spend an average of $600 to repair your gas fireplace, whereas you’d spend between $2,500 and $5,000 replacing it. If you hire a gas fireplace professional for the repair, it should return in great working order and last for many years. You can always speak to your fireplace repair company about repairing vs. replacing if you need a handful of components repaired, as a replacement might make sense if there’s significant damage.
