Runyon Equipment Rental is a family-owned and operated business. Runyon has a new state-of-the-art facility which boasts 125,000 square feet of indoor space and a yard that holds another 85,000 square feet of rental equipment. There are currently around 25 employees dedicated to genuine customer service and providing the information and tools necessary for your job. Runyon doesn't do sub-contracting. "Could not have gone any better. Took my mower in late Tuesday morning, they were very busy so I didn't expect to hear from them for a couple of days but, to my surprise they called me within four hours and told me it had been repaired and I could pick it up anytime. The cost was very reasonable and about half of what I was willing to pay since my mower is close to eleven years old. Great service and very friendly and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again."

At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
