"I thought I would need a new battery because the system kept alarming. I had to disconnect the backup system until I could have it checked out. When CK Construction checked the system they found the sump pump had shifted and the bulb was stuck. He fixed the problem and readjusted the pump so it wouldn't interfere with the backup pump. Then he reattached the backup system. I appreciate CK Construction's prompt and professional service and would consider using them again.

"Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure.
