"Even thought I select one home cleaning, I asked Nicole to return a few more times. She is very thorough and exceeding my expectations. I shouldn't share this, but I need to. She also cleaned my SUV inside and out!"

"Mark Miller's Cleaning originally came out to give us a bid on cleaning out our rain gutters. They found that nothing was wrong with our gutters and didn't wan to charge us for work that didn't need to be done. We then had them clean our windows inside and out. They did an excellent job. There were 3 of them and they were so personable, friendly and hard working! We are definitely keeping them as our first call when we need work done."

Emergency services offered

"They did a good job cleaning. however they needed a small stick vacuum and for some reason they did not have a good working one and I offered to lend them mine. unfortunately it seems to be missing. I didn’t see them leave with it and they don’t think they have it but I have turned my house upside down and I don‘t find it. Frustrating ending to a good cleaning job!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A standard professional cleaning of an entire apartment typically takes 2 to 3 hours. However, the timing varies depending on the size of the apartment, the number of people and pets that live in it, and how frequently it is cleaned. A deep cleaning typically takes 4 to 6 hours.

There are a few qualifying questions you can ask a professional window cleaner to help you decide if it’s the right company for you:

  • Does your price include the inside and outside of the windows?

  • Will you clean the tracks, rails, and other internal components?

  • Are you fully insured?

  • How many years of experience do you have?

  • What kind of cleaning products do you use?

  • Do you have any customer references?

  • Do you provide any other services, like exterior power washing?

Yes, many professional companies offer high-rise window cleaning using specialized equipment and safety harnesses.

The best thing to clean windows with is a mixture of white vinegar, warm water, and dish soap. This will remove dirt, pollen, and grime without destroying any tints or protective films on your glass. You can also use a commercial window cleaner, but make sure to choose one that doesn’t have ammonia in it, as this can damage window coverings and frame materials over time.

It depends on the surface you’re trying to clean. For example, a mixture of vinegar and water is a good option for a deep cleaning, including removing hard water stains from glass or stainless steel. However, vinegar is too acidic for granite and other types of natural stone, so it’s better to use a combination of baking soda and water on those surfaces.
