"We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "The job that was completed was pretty good. The follow up was very poor. He said he would be back the same day to complete the job by securing the end caps on the gutters. He never showed up then nor has he come back. We paid him before he left. We also gave him opportunity to quote another job. He said he would have that to us by Wednesday. That didn't happen either. He has not come back or given us the courtesy of a phone call. We will not be recommending him to anyone."
