At the first appointment he brought a demo of the ADT security keypad and walked me through it which was very helpful. We were able to schedule my installation for the very next day. I found that Chris Bradford and the installer Ken both were very professional courteous men and did a good job of making me feel at ease concerning the installation and becoming familiar with the security system. Since I have had my system installed there have been a few minor adjustments that needed to be made.
