"Mr. Dennis H came to our house to do our HVAC maintenance check & he is so efficient & did a good job in doing a whole maintenance check on our HVAC unit explaining everything to us in the way we can easily understand it & he patiently taught us on how to be able to take care of our unit to avoid problems & he let us feel confident that everything is working out well but he also informed us that we can always call the office if we need some assistance with our HVAC unit. I have an EPA 608 license since 2021(September). I was an HVAC installation helper for ARS rescue rooter from March 2023 to November 2024. From May 2025 to January 2026, I was an HVAC installation helper at Bassett Service. I know how to swap the old unit to replace a new system such as AC pump down, refrigerant reclaim, vacuuming the line set, brazing or pro press, low and high voltages wiring, a new thermostat install or reprogram, and how to diagnose or replace indoor or outdoor unit parts.
