Called the office two days later to find that he decided not to bid on the job because of my hesitancy at hearing the price. It's an insurance job! I had no hesitancy, I was perfectly agreeable. Even wanted some extra work done on my dime. FREE ESTIMATE is a sham with this company. They waste your time and don't have the common decency to get back to you so that you can make other arrangements before the weekend. I wouldn't hire the and neither should you."
