Clean Queen is a privately owned small cleaning business out of the Lafayette area. As of right now we currently employee four to five cleaners. We do sub-contracting with other favorite professionals in the surrounding areas. Billing procedures consist of a full estimate of jobsite. We accept cash, money order, and checks in the full amount upon arrival of scheduled appointment. Tips are very much appreciated.

My rate is $15.00 per hour to use your supplies and equipment or $20.00 per hour to use my own. I do have a minimum of 4 hours charge. The minimum charge for an apartment is only 2 hours. There will be a small mileage fee for running errands more than 5 miles away from your home. There is an additional $15 charge for homes over 20 miles away from my home. I will offer a $2 per hour discount for Angie's List members if I am using my own supplies and equipment, but you must let me know you are an Angie's list member.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
