"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. We are full service chimney sweep company as well as a full retail store with over 60 burning displays.

"From Oct 2020 to January 2021; this company installed 3 gas insert systems, logs and burner, that were totally defective; we (the company and I) finally gave up and they gave us a full refund, but no fireplace for the winter season; installs were awful; first install the technicians were given the wrong timeframe; the product worked for two weeks; second install the product had a problem and stopped working twenty minutes after technician left; third install the technician didn’t showed at all, and didn’t call until we called the main office to tell them of the problem; when the installation happened the system worked two hours and then stopped working; run from this company to Louisville and find a reputable company with products and solutions."
