These types of purchases cannot be refunded, I suggest D&M flooring include a consultation "charge" for measuring and guiding customers to resources for smaller medium sized jobs,including hauling and staging product on site."So called extra-trips" or excess errands and phone calls should be handled as part of a service and not as the customer having to disturb staff on odd hours with questions.
