"This company is great at installation, but you better pray that your system never needs serviced. Our alarm is beeping at all times of the day and night and we've REPEATEDLY tried to contact him. We've called, texted and emailed him for WEEKS and he never responds. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with him. Looking at online reviews, I now see that this is a pattern with this company. I regret that I ever referred people to him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALLATION!!"
