At Bergen Pools, we specialize in pool maintenance and repair, opening and closing pools, fixing or replacing any pool equipment, and more. Servicing pools throughout Indiana with fast, friendly service and the best prices around.\n\nMy name is Ben Bergen, and I have been in the pool business since 2020. I spent three years working with and learning from the experts at FA-Eddie Pools, where I enjoyed everything from the hands-on work to building strong relationships with clients. When the opportunity arose to take over the pool business, I seized it—and Bergen Pools was born.\n

"Patched an inground pool. Friendly and courteous."

"I don't know how anyone could write a poor review of this man or his services. I have been working with a company which was unresponsive, expensive and rude. Joe is just the opposite. He responded in less than 12 hours from my phone call, came out the same day that he called and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He spent an hour with me teaching me about hot tub chemistry. I have been dealing with pools and hot tubs for 20 years, but learned more in that hour than I had learned in the previous 20 years. His price was very reasonable. I will be using him from now on for all of my hot tub needs.

"Prompt and professional response to my request for quotation. It was an unusual job, since the pool cooler that I wanted installed is not common in this area. Brian showed up on the day he said he would, installed the cooler, and it worked beautifully overnight - pool temp dropped from 91 degrees to 81 degrees, with overnight low ambient temp of 71 degrees. Thank you Brian, and My Wife's Pool for excellent service. Now we can enjoy a refreshing swim on a hot day instead of looking at 95 degree water that is like getting into a hot tub. Terry"

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"If you want your pool taken care of this company does it right and for a great price. Very polite and very accommodating on the phone. My wife was very impressed with the two guys who closed our unground pool for the season. We will hire them again and again to open and close our pool."

"They were fantastic and had the best price after shopping around. They completed the swimming pool ahead of schedule. It took about 3 weeks. I then hired them to do the landscaping around my pool."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
