He came to our home and made sure to have a full understanding of our vision and answered all the questions we had. To our surprise he presented pricing to us in that first visit! We agreed to move forward and within weeks the crew broke ground and began the build, Scott was readily available to assist in anything we needed through the entire process. "They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."
