"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed."

"Excellent experience, and that says a lot because moving is usually a nightmare! They showed up with real professional equipment, not just a basic dolly. The stair climbing dolly was incredible. Heavy furniture went up to a second floor apartment smoothly and safely without scraping walls or beating up the pieces. It saved a huge amount of time and effort. They also brought heavy duty dollies, straps, thick blankets, shrink wrap, and the right tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture quickly. Everything was organized and efficient. You could tell they do this everyday of the week. The guys worked hard, placed everything exactly where it needed to go, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving ahead of schedule having completed the job early. Hiring a crew that brings thousands of dollars in professional equipment and a million dollars worth of know how makes all the difference. Big thanks to everyone involved! You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
