"We're very happy with the service we got from Alberto and his team! Alberto was prompt to respond and came out to give a free estimate the next day. We had our arbor vitae hedge planted 4 days later--a much faster timeline than others we talked to. The planting went smoothly, and Alberto took the time to feed and water the trees thoroughly to ensure they start off right. We'll definitely be contacting Alberto's Landscaping with any future landscaping needs!"

"Aron and his brother Noah, were an excellent pair of workers! I had a barn fire which damaged 13 large trees I could not rebuild without having them removed. I called Triple Tree and made an appointment Aron came out the next morning he was a little bit early but text me before his arrival, we agreed that he would do the work and set a date for him to get started , Aron and his brother showed up on time and before they left that day they had 10 of the 13 trees down and cleaned up , logs stacked in my field for fire wood and all the branches chipped as well! The following morning they were again on time and this time they brought another tree expert Isaac and they cut down the last 3 huge trees that day! They worked through a steady rain all day and finished the job and cleaned up my yard before they left! These guys are awesome workers and very polite! Oh yeah the price was very reasonable and their work was great I would highly recommend them! I will definitely give them a call if I!"

"The rates were very good. They came right away to start the work which I was happy with. All the work was not completed on the first day and he told me they would come back. It took several days to come back and finish which they finally did. There was some brush left that I was told they would clean up and they never did come back to finish it up. The work itself was good with reasonable rates just wish he would have finished all the work that was promised!!"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Yes, it is highly recommended to remove tree stumps. Leaving them in the ground can lead to several problems, as they are not only unsightly but can also reduce your property's value. Stumps can obstruct landscaping plans, make mowing difficult, and hinder new growth. More importantly, they are prime breeding grounds for pests like termites, ants, and mice, which can spread to your home and cause costly damage to its wood and foundation. Stumps also attract fungi and diseases that can infect other healthy trees and plants in your yard. As a stump decays, it might sprout new, unwanted shoots. While removing a stump is an investment, it prevents these potential issues and enhances the safety, health, and appearance of your landscape.

Salt, herbicide, light deprivation, boiling water, and burning can all help dissolve a tree stump. You can also bury the tree stump in soil or mulch to help it rot naturally. Killing a tree stump prevents future regrowth, but you may also remove it by digging it out or grinding it.

Unfortunately, most of the time you’re out of luck if a neighbor’s tree blocks your view. You don’t have a right to a view, so if you have a tree that’s near the property line but on your neighbor’s property, you can’t cut it to be able to take in a majestic mountain or a beautiful sunrise. In some communities, however, there are ordinances protecting scenic views. Checking into your local laws can help you determine your rights in this situation.

The ideal time to prune a tree depends on the type of tree. Typically, late winter or early spring is a good time to prune but isn't always the case for "towering trees." It's best to trim when trees are dormant and before blooms appear but can vary depending on the tree type. It's always best to research the type of tree or ask a professional tree trimmer to determine when is the perfect time to prune your tree.

Pruning a tree is a yearly DIY job that involves removing small dead branches, leaves, and blooms to help the tree grow bigger and stronger. You can often complete the job with basic home gardening tools. Trimming a tree, however, removes larger sections to control the direction the tree grows in and protects your home, utility wires, and yard from potentially dangerous branches.
