On time, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be done. I was most impressed by the fact that my appointment was for 9am yet he called the night before to make sure I had heat and didn't need him to come out right then. Would highly recommend. Will use again.

i called for an ac recharge. the unit runs fine now. He was fast knowledgeable and courteous , but be prepared with cash or check they do not take credit or debit cards.

Great experience. Tom listened to my thoughts on the project. Offered suggestions/ideas that I could take care of. He ordered a furnace brand for me that he does not carry. Excellent price. Install went well & furnace works great.

Tom and Debbie were great to work with and did an excellant job of installing may new 95% efficient furnace, special efficient filter unit, and Power humidifier. They also replaced and re-routed my dryer vent to the side of my house. They were very neat, knowledgeable, professional and gave me a great value for what I paid.

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They worked within my budget and my situation and have very accomodating. Tom, the owner, was quick and thorough and knew that the job wasn't going to be a huge deal for him. I am pleased with my partnership with Below Zero.
