Best generator install pros near Eaton, IN

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"Contractor arrived on time provided an estimate and completed the installation of a new 200 Amp service box all in one afternoon. Very professional, would definitely use again."

"The team that came to our house did a great job! We just moved in and we got all our outlets and light switches replaced, and they installed a new breaker box as well. They were professional, on time, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely give them a call if we need any work done in the future!"

"Excellent service and the job was scheduled immediately! This company is fantastic, true to their word, and came in much more reasonable in price than other quotes we had. I would recommend them highly and will call them again whenever I need electrical services."

"Have a 5 pound puppy. They took a exceptional care and time to educate him and myself on the training. No problems with installation."

"The Knee’s Electrical crew did an awesome job with the installation of a whole house generator. They got the job done earlier than expected and were very professional and courteous."

"The entire process from start to finish was a breeze! Did I mention that I was on a cruise and out of the country! As a surprise for my husband I hired Spencer to install the fan. He had to cut a hole, run the cords, and put in a new switch! We were able to work out all the details before we left and came home to an absolutely beautiful Chandelier Fan! Looks like it should have been there all along! Spencer was so polite and professional the entire time! Even when we werenâ t available because of the cruise he was able to call family members who I left numbers for to ask about specifics that I would prefer! I have a few more projects I will definitely be hiring him for! Thank you Spencer!"
