Then, we assess the condition of the driveway and if it is in need of any extra care (striping, patching, new asphalt, etc.). After all is calculated you are then presented with a written quote for the cost of your project (cost is guaranteed not change after acceptance of the quote). We lay new asphalt and we also repair old asphalt. We hand clean all the cracks and then clean the asphalt with a high powered blower, then fill the cracks, afterbits all clean we then seal your driveway or parking lot with 2 coats of only the best sealer with a squeegee machine designed to lay the sealer. NO SPRAY!!! The edges are also hand broomed to ensure the edges are sufficiently coated. After the job is completed we block off the driveway with caution tape or cones for the night and you can access it the next morning. *(There is a quick-dry formula for those who need access sooner than overnight).
