"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"

"Siding looked great but windows were very streaky. I called Chris and he told me he would be back soon. When I didn't hear from him, I called ( twice) and only got an answering machine. I left messages and got no response. I paid him $125.00 extra to wash the windows. That was on May 17th. Lesson learned - check the work before you write the check !"

The hair dryer maneuver will not repair the root of the window fogging problem, which is likely a broken window seal. If you need to defog the window quickly, such as if guests are coming over, use the hair dryer. However, for a permanent solution, defogging the window or replacing it are the only options.

The easiest way to remove window decals is to soak the area in hot, soapy water. Let it sit for 15 minutes before scraping it with a plastic scraper or the edge of a credit card.
