We have 3 primary employees, and we use subcontractors as the need arises. For larger projects have a 1/3 down payment, 1/3 went work starts, and 1/3 when work is completed. we take checks, credit cards, and cash. financing is available.

I am currently a small company usually working alone or with a small crew when needed. Thus maximizing quality and efficiency. For projects I put a bid on, 50% deposit is due before starting.
