"Fortune Restoration was amazing to work with. We had them out initially to do much needed carpentry work and painting on the fascia of our home (built in 1894). I wanted a company that would know how to handle the delicate original details on the moldings and these guys did a terrific job. Our wrought iron fence (also original) looked great after they repaired and painted it. Workmen were polite, professional and highly skilled. Some months later a piece of our siding fell off (which had nothing to do with the previous work they did). Knowing there was no way I could get a siding company to come out to do this kind of small job, I called and asked if the next time they were in the area they could give me a quote and do the repair. I received a call from the owner himself, Bob Fortune, who sent a team over to reattach the piece of siding for free for us. The job turned out to be more involved and they actually had to go get supplies come back and fix it. They still did all this still free of charge given that we were previous customers. They went above and beyond. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company and I will for sure be working with them again for any of their services."

"We hired them to patch some holes and reseal our asphalt driveway. They quoted us pretty high but knowing it was the end of the season I thought that could be why. They rescheduled 2 times. Once because they couldn’t make it in time and a second due to inclement weather. The time they finally came to do the job, they were 2 hours late and it was pretty much dark already. They said they were going to still be able to do the job because it won’t take long. The quality of the work ended up being very poor. I feel I could have done a much better job. The holes that they attempted to patch were not flattened at all. It appeared as if they threw some asphalt on and left it, not trying to pack it in at all. The sealer was sprayed all over hitting the garage, brick, and a lot of the grass. I expected some sealer to get placed but not this excessive. The sealer was also not applied evenly. You could see large wet spots that pooled and a large dry spot that barely got any sealer. I am not impressed. Even if they were much cheaper, I would advise against using this company. We called the company after the job was done to let them know that they missed holes and cracks. They said that they wouldn’t fix small cracks, but would send someone out to take a look at the holes. No one showed up."

Showed up on time for a review and to provide an estimate. I found the estimate to be reasonable and realistic given history of the home and other estimates received. I respected they prefer a visual assessment and not use google earth to provide an estimate as one company chose to do. They showed up on time and cleaned up leaving the property as they found it. In some instances better, We discussed ongoing maintenance going forward. They will be this home owners contractor for all things Roofing and Gutter related.
