ADVANCED PAINTING

Advanced Painting contracted with me to paint the exterior of my townhome. In addition to the normal work, I had extra security doors and roll-up windows that needed to be painted. Some stucco repairs needed to be done. My home is located within an HOA, so all work needed to be approved by the HOA. Advanced Painting made the process easy for me. They came out and did a thorough analysis of the property, including measurements of all areas to be painted. They suggested a few stucco repairs that I had not noticed. They scheduled my job for a time that would not inconvenience me and worked with my landscaping contractor to be certain that they would have complete access and be able to do a clean and thorough job. The painting crew was clean and professional. All areas were painted as specified in our contract. They were timely and cleaned up completely. Security doors needed a special type of paint, and the crew returned to complete that job at a later date, as scheduled, and at no additional charge. The quality of the job was excellent. One of the reasons I chose this company is that they have extensive experience dealing with HOAs. All work was completed to specifications. When the job was completed, the owner personally came out to inspect the work and told the crew to touch up some small areas. Overall, I am certainly very satisfied with the scheduling process, workmanship, and attitude of all company staff.
